Startup Founders:

Startup one-liner:

We help everyday people automate payments without having to adopt new tools or learn to code.

Problem the startup solves:

People want to accept and manage payments inside the tools they are already using. Instead of forcing people to signup, pay for, and learn new tools we allow them to embed payments into the ones they already use.

We are verified partners of PayPal, Stripe, Square, Razorpay and Rapyd and help connect their processing capabilities to new tools.

Progress and current status:

Our initial focus has been on embedding payment into the powerful Google Suite of tools.

We launched Payable Forms a little over 2 years ago, which allows users to add money amounts into their Google Form allowing it to accept payment. We launch Payable Sheets Invoicing last month, which allows users to send bulk invoices and payment requests right from inside their Google Sheet.

What is a crazy story about the startup?:

We have helped people in over 100 countries accept payment in the past 2 years. We have become popular to be used with everything from sports team, summer camps, small events, and PTAs streamlining pizza days.

Strangely we also have 6 different “Falconry Clubs” that user our software for their members to make annual payments.

What is a company the startup looks up to, and why?:

From a payments perspective we look up to Square. Square has always had a keen focus on making software versatile but simple, checkouts seamless, and letting the sellers brand and personality still be featured front and center.

We also like no-code software tools like ZAPIER, IFTT, and LinkTree that dont build products but provide their users with tools to be creative with.

The company in four years will be…

We hope to be automating more payments in even more places.

We are working on some exciting new tools to help automate payment methods that there are not APIs and SDKs for today. We are hoping to allow direct access to 3rd party developers in the future to allow them to build on our automations.
