Edit App provides a state-of-the-art editor that allows its users to create, display and share presentations, catalogs, documentation, portfolio or anything else with the same level of interactivity as a website.
Your documents will now feature videos, gifs, embed content (Google Maps, Forms, Calendly…), sliders and many more while beeing fully compatible with every device or browser.
Progress and Current Status:
The company was founded in August 2023 and we are excited to launch this month the Beta version of the software.
What is an Inspiring Story about the Startup?:
Quentin & I have known each other for 10 years. We launched our first company – an advertising agency – together in 2017, just after graduation. We spent 5 years collaboration with lots of different companies on creating ad campaigns, websites and working on marketing strategies. Helping others selling their products made us wonder about our own life expectations. We were already thinking about this document builder idea and this summer, we finally decided to shut down the agency to fully commit to it. We haven’t looked back since.
What is a Company the Startup Looks Up to, and Why?:
It might seem a bit mainstream (or a lot), but we do admire Apple.
They always aimed to be a leader in technological innovation. The company has introduced many groundbreaking products over the years. They have this ability to push the boundaries of what is possible with technology while paying attention to offer the best possible user experience.
That is what we aim to achieve in our own field.
The Company in Four Years Will Be…
Hopefully a part of the most used productivity software worldwide. Our dream is to change our perception of what a document can be. We aim to push the boundaries of document building and using. Today, they are “read-only” and unadapted to digital devices. Tomorrow they will be fully as interactive as websites and responsive.
