What is a Crazy Story about the Startup?:
We launched a private beta early 2022 that focused on helping businesses collect reviews from their customers. We worked with multiple companies to acquire reviews for their Google listing and Trustpilot profiles, totaling hundreds reviews. Our goal was to show organizations the value in collecting reviews and encouraging existing customers to share feedback. This project demonstrated our commitment to providing exceptional services that help businesses thrive across digital channels, using customer reviews as a basis for success.

Our plan is to add more features to our platform which help businesses and professionals succeed by simplifying their day-to-day operations and streamlining workflow. We plan to start work on these features in the new future. Features such as automated feedback aggregation to help identify customer needs, a support ticketing system for resolving issues quickly and efficiently, a communications platform for easy collaboration, and much more. With these new tools at their disposal, our customers can feel confident knowing that there is a reliable solution in place that will help simplify their operations.
